I woke up at 7 AM due to construction noise, but the room had a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was comfortably appointed and quite large, allowing ample room for our kids to sleep on the mattresses we brought without any worry about tripping over them.

The room with a view of the harbor was beautiful and large.
Service

Ruth, the manager, and Orlando, the front desk staff, were really friendly and helpful. I even got a welcome drink!
Location
7.0
The hotel is across from Harbor Park with a bit of a gritty feel, but it overlooks the water with nearly 360-degree views of Rockland. It's also right across the street from where the Lobster Fest was being held.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast offered was light but sufficient to start the day, especially with plenty of great restaurants in the area.

The hotel had nice facilities.

8.6/10

The hotel rooms offered an awesome 180-degree view of the working harbor overlooking the Breakwater and beyond. While slightly overpriced considering the few amenities available, the location was ideal for our activities.

Rooms
8.0
The room view was breathtaking, but the price felt a bit high for the amenities provided.
Service
9.0
The service was wonderful with accommodating staff who have been consistently personable and courteous for the past three years.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was perfect for us, overlooking the water and offering almost 360-degree views of Rockland. Being directly on US1 adds some charm, although the multiple crosswalks can be a bit inconvenient.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the afternoon wine reception meeting other guests. The breakfast offered a generous spread in the lobby.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were well-appointed and spacious, enhancing the overall stay.
